2. Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable consumer protection legislation, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the products.
To exercise this right, it is sufficient to send a written request to Labute Fericite® before the statutory withdrawal period expires.
3. Conditions for Accepting a Return
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
in the same condition in which it was delivered;
free from signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its characteristics;
complete, together with all accessories, labels, and documents received;
properly packaged for transport.
The customer is responsible for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its characteristics.
4. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Under applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to the following categories:
personalised products or products made according to the customer's specifications;
products that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after being unsealed;
perishable products;
unsealed products that can no longer be safely resold;
other products excluded by law.
Where products available on the Website fall within any of these categories, this will be stated in the product description.
5. Services
Services that have already been provided, including grooming services, pet hotel services, veterinary consultations, or other similar services, cannot be subject to the right of withdrawal after they have been performed.
Customers who are dissatisfied with a service are encouraged to contact the Labute Fericite® team so that the situation can be reviewed and an amicable solution can be identified.
6. Return Procedure

After the request has been confirmed, the customer will receive instructions regarding the shipment of the returned products.
7. Return Costs
Except where the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For incorrectly delivered or defective products, Labute Fericite® will cover the reasonable costs associated with the return.
8. Inspection of Returned Products
After the returned parcel has been received, the products will be inspected to confirm compliance with the conditions set out in this policy.
Where a product is damaged, incomplete, or shows excessive signs of use, Labute Fericite® reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded in accordance with applicable legislation.
9. Refunds
Once the return has been accepted, the amount paid for the products will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
The refund will be processed within the period required by applicable legislation and no later than 14 days after confirmation that the return has been accepted.
Labute Fericite® may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the customer provides proof that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first.
10. Products Damaged During Delivery
If a product shows visible signs of damage upon delivery, the customer is asked to notify Labute Fericite® as soon as possible and, where possible, to take photographs of the product and its packaging.
This information will help us resolve the matter promptly together with the courier company.
11. Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you have received a product other than the one ordered, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange for the matter to be resolved as quickly as possible.
12. Defective Products
If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so that the situation can be assessed.
Depending on the nature of the defect and the applicable legal provisions, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
13. Refusal of a Return
Labute Fericite® reserves the right to refuse a return where:
the conditions set out in this policy have not been met;
the product belongs to a category excluded from the right of return;
the product has been damaged through the customer's fault;
there are indications that the right of withdrawal is being used abusively.
