The availability of services may vary depending on opening hours, staff availability, operational capacity, stock availability, season, the animal’s medical condition, and other objective circumstances.
4. Appointments
Grooming, pet hotel, and veterinary services are generally provided by appointment.
Appointments may be requested by phone, online, through the contact form, by message, or directly at the location, depending on the communication channels available at that time.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after it has been validated by the Labute Fericite® team.
Labute Fericite® reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or refuse an appointment when justified reasons exist, including staff unavailability, medical emergencies, operational issues, or situations that may affect the animal’s safety.
5. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Customers are asked to arrive at the agreed appointment time.
In the event of a late arrival, the duration of the service may be reduced, the appointment may be rescheduled, or the service may be refused, depending on team availability and the impact on subsequent appointments.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, Labute Fericite® reserves the right to request an advance payment for future appointments or to refuse the confirmation of subsequent appointments.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, whenever possible.
For pet hotel services, special rules regarding advance payments, cancellations, rescheduling, or the non-refundability of amounts paid may apply during busy periods or public holidays, provided these conditions are communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed.
7. Customer Obligations
The customer must provide accurate and complete information about their pet, including:
age;
breed;
approximate weight;
temperament;
history of aggression;
known medical conditions;
ongoing treatments;
allergies;
vaccinations;
deworming treatments;
physical or behavioural sensitivities;
dietary restrictions;
any other information relevant to the animal’s safety.
The customer is responsible for any consequences resulting from the omission or inaccurate communication of this information.
8. Obligations of Labute Fericite®
Labute Fericite® undertakes to provide its services professionally and with care and attention to animal welfare.
The team will make every reasonable effort to ensure that each animal receives a safe, comfortable experience adapted to its individual needs.
However, animal behaviour may be unpredictable, and certain reactions may occur independently of the team’s conduct.
9. General Conditions Regarding Animals
Labute Fericite® may refuse to provide a service if the animal:
shows signs of a contagious illness;
has visible external parasites;
is aggressive or cannot be handled safely;
has a medical condition that is incompatible with the requested service;
does not have the required vaccinations, where these are mandatory;
poses a risk to staff, other animals, or customers;
requires procedures that exceed the scope or competence of the requested service.
In such situations, the customer may be advised to arrange a veterinary consultation, reschedule the service, or consider another appropriate solution.
10. Grooming Services
Depending on the selected package and the animal’s needs, grooming services may include:
bathing;
drying;
brushing;
haircutting;
trimming;
detangling;
fur care;
ear cleaning;
nail trimming and filing;
cleaning of sensitive areas;
final styling;
other related services.
The final result may vary depending on the condition of the fur, the degree of matting, the animal’s behaviour, grooming history, age, breed, and any existing sensitivities.
If the fur is severely matted, the team may recommend a shorter haircut than the customer’s preferred style in order to protect the animal’s comfort and safety.
Labute Fericite® is not liable for irritation, redness, sensitivity, or reactions resulting from the initial condition of the fur, matting, parasites, pre-existing dermatological conditions, or insufficient prior maintenance.
11. Anxious or Aggressive Animals During Grooming
The customer must inform the team if the animal has previously bitten, scratched, shown aggression, or experienced severe anxiety.
In the case of aggressive, anxious, or difficult-to-handle animals, Labute Fericite® may:
stop the service;
modify the service;
request the owner’s presence;
recommend a veterinary consultation;
refuse future appointments;
apply additional charges if the service requires additional time and resources.
The safety of the animal and the team takes priority over completing the aesthetic service.
12. Veterinary Services
Veterinary services are provided by authorised personnel in accordance with applicable legislation and professional standards.
Consultations, diagnostic investigations, treatments, procedures, and medical recommendations are provided according to the animal’s condition, medical history, clinical examination, and the veterinarian’s professional judgement.
The information published on the website does not replace a veterinary medical consultation.
Labute Fericite® cannot guarantee a specific medical outcome, as the progression of an animal’s health condition depends on numerous individual factors.
13. Medical Emergencies
If an animal shows signs of a medical emergency during a service or while staying at the pet hotel, Labute Fericite® will attempt to contact the owner using the contact details provided.
If the owner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period and the animal’s condition requires urgent intervention, the team may arrange a veterinary assessment or treatment in the animal’s best interest.
The related medical costs will be borne by the owner, except where the damage was directly and demonstrably caused by the fault of Labute Fericite®.
14. Pet Hotel Services
Pet hotel services are intended for the temporary accommodation of pets.
Acceptance of an animal into the pet hotel may be subject to:
valid vaccinations;
completed deworming treatments;
good general health;
behavioural compatibility;
absence of contagious diseases;
the provision of food, medication, and necessary instructions;
completion of the information requested by the team.
Labute Fericite® may refuse to accommodate an animal if there are risks to its health or safety, or to the health or safety of other animals, staff, or customers.
15. Food, Medication, and Personal Belongings
For pet hotel services, the customer is responsible for providing the necessary food, clear feeding instructions, and any required medication.
Medication must be provided in its original packaging or otherwise clearly identified, together with precise administration instructions.
Personal belongings are accepted only where they can be managed safely. Labute Fericite® is not liable for normal wear, loss, or damage to personal belongings caused by the animal’s behaviour.
16. Drop-Off and Collection
Animals must be dropped off and collected during the time intervals communicated and agreed with the Labute Fericite® team.
The customer must collect the animal on the agreed date and at the agreed time.
Significant delays or failure to collect the animal may result in additional charges for accommodation, care, and the resources used.
17. Animal Abandonment
If the animal is not collected and the owner cannot be contacted or refuses to collect it, Labute Fericite® reserves the right to take all legal measures available to recover the related costs and protect the animal.
This situation may be treated as abandonment in accordance with applicable legislation.
18. Pet Shop and Online Shop
Products sold through the physical pet shop and the online shop are intended for pets.
The customer is responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, ingredients, instructions for use, contraindications, and compatibility with the animal’s needs.
Product availability may vary depending on stock levels and suppliers.
Labute Fericite® reserves the right to modify product prices, offers, and availability without prior notice, while honouring orders that have already been confirmed.
19. Online Orders
Online orders are placed through www.labutefericite.ro.
An order is considered accepted only after it has been confirmed.
Labute Fericite® reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified circumstances, including:
the product being unavailable;
an obvious pricing error;
incomplete or inaccurate information;
suspected fraud;
inability to complete delivery;
other objective operational reasons.
20. Delivery
Products ordered online are delivered by courier to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, product availability, destination, busy periods, or circumstances beyond the control of Labute Fericite®.
The customer must provide accurate and complete delivery information.
21. Payment
Products and services may be paid for using the payment methods available at the time of the order or appointment.
For online orders, the available payment methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
For services provided at a physical location, payment is made according to the conditions communicated by the Labute Fericite® team.
22. Returns and Refunds
Returns for products purchased online are governed by the Return and Refund Policy available on the website.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of return under applicable legislation, including sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.
Services that have already been provided cannot be returned. Customers who are dissatisfied with a service are asked to contact the Labute Fericite® team so that the situation can be reviewed.
23. Prices and Offers
Prices displayed on the website or communicated to customers may be amended periodically.
Promotional offers are valid subject to the communicated conditions, availability, and the stated promotional period.
In the event of an obvious display error, Labute Fericite® reserves the right to correct the information and cancel the affected order or appointment after informing the customer.
24. Photographs and Media Materials
As part of its activities, Labute Fericite® may take photographs or record video materials featuring pets for internal documentation, communication with the owner, or promotional purposes.
Materials used for marketing purposes will be published in accordance with applicable legislation and, where required, based on the customer’s consent.
The customer may request that promotional materials in which their animal can reasonably be identified no longer be used.
25. Reviews and Feedback
Customers may submit reviews, opinions, or feedback regarding Labute Fericite® services and products.
By submitting such content, the customer confirms that the information is genuine and does not infringe the rights of any other person.
Labute Fericite® reserves the right not to publish or to remove content that is offensive, false, defamatory, unlawful, or inappropriate.
26. Liability
Labute Fericite® is liable for the services provided within the limits established by applicable legislation.
The customer understands that animals may react unpredictably and that certain risks may arise independently of staff conduct, including stress, anxiety, behavioural reactions, pre-existing medical conditions, or unknown sensitivities.
Labute Fericite® is not liable for consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or omitted information provided by the customer.
27. Force Majeure
Labute Fericite® is not liable for the failure or delayed performance of its obligations where this is caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, utility outages, pandemics, acts of public authorities, cyberattacks, strikes, wars, or other force majeure events.
